Abstract

By mimicking the mechanics of natural life in the computer environment, artificial life brings out new information about life as well as contributing to the engineering fields. This article introduces a multi-agent based simulation environment in which artificial life studies can be carried out, and presents the preliminary results of our biologically inspired intelligent behaviour synthesis study conducted in this environment.
